My story is one of quiet endurance, creative fire, and the long, sacred climb toward healing. I’ve walked through silence, through systems that didn’t see me, through moments that tried to erase me. And still, I rose.
Art became my language when words felt unsafe. Books became my sanctuary when the world felt unkind. Coaching became my calling when I realized that my rise could help others find theirs.
HonorMyRise is more than a website. It’s a living archive of truth-telling, a gallery of resilience, and a space where healing is not rushed, but revered.
Here, I share my work, illustrations that speak, stories that breathe, and reflections that hold space for the complexity of being human.
If you’re seeking support, creative inspiration, or simply a place to feel seen, I welcome you with open arms and a grounded heart.
This is my rise. And I honor yours.

HonorMyRise is more than a service it is a safe place to breathe, heal, and begin again. During some of lifes heaviest moments, when grief, trauma, and uncertainty felt overwhelming, HonorMyRise met me with compassion, patience, and genuine care. I also had the privilege of receiving coaching from Ms. Shellz, whose wisdom, encouragement, and steady guidance helped me see strength within myself that I thought was gone. Her presence alone reminded me that healing is possible, even on the hardest days. Through HonorMyRise, I learned that healing is not a race it is a personal journey taken one step at a time. If you feel lost, broken, or simply need a space where your story matters, HonorMyRise walks beside you not pushing, not rushing, just guiding you toward peace, clarity, and hope. The right support can truly change a life, and HonorMyRise carries the heart and purpose to help people rise again.B.
Happy Birthday to you.
Reading your words and seeing the woman you’ve become through your journey is truly inspiring. I believe with my whole heart that God places people in our lives intentionally, and somehow our paths crossed right when I needed the kind of compassion and understanding you carry.
You didn’t have to check on me, encourage me, or extend your kindness the way you have, especially while I’m walking through this season with my mother. But you did—and that means more than you probably realize. Your heart for people, especially those navigating grief, is a beautiful gift.
I’m grateful that God allowed our paths to meet. I pray this new year of life brings you continued healing, joy, peace, and favor in every area of your life and work. May God continue to enlarge your territory so you can keep pouring into others the way you so naturally do.
Enjoy your day and celebrate the incredible woman you are.
Grateful for the connection.
